All cancellations must be in writing (email is acceptable)\u00a0and are subject to a $400.00 cancellation fee. If cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to the course, a refund less the cancellation fee will be provided. If cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to the course, a voucher good for attendance at an upcoming course will be provided. The voucher, which can be used by the registrant or anyone else within his\/her company, will be valued at the registration fee minus the $400.00 cancellation fee.
If a registered attendee does not cancel and fails to attend, neither a refund nor voucher will be issued. All course cancellations must be in writing and emailed to\u00a0contact@procenius.com. Registrants are responsible for contacting the hotel and canceling their room reservations (if applicable).<\/p>\nProcenius reserves the\u00a0right to cancel or reschedule classes if the minimum number of class attendees have not registered prior to 30 days before the first day of class. Procenius strongly recommends against making nonrefundable\u00a0travel reservations before 30 days prior to the first day of class in case a class has to be rescheduled or canceled. If classes are rescheduled, attendees have the option to be refunded or receive credit for another class. If the class is canceled, Procenius will refund the attendees in full, but is not responsible for nonrefundable (or refundable) travel fees\/costs.\u00a0
Procenius reserves the right to alter the venue, if necessary.
